Additional information

We charge a flat-rate service charge of 1.00 € per conference participant. This flat-rate service charge includes: delivery, assembly, disassembly, collection of meals and drinks including inventory.

If you wish to use one of our service personnel at your event, we charge 25.00 € per hour.
