Hoffmann Catering – experience matters
Founded over 100 years ago, Hoffmann Gastronomie & Catering GmbH & Co. KG has been a family-owned business for four generations.
The company has 74 full-time employees, with a additional pool of 500 available service staff depending on the event. The Managing Director is Gert Hoffmann, and the Head of Finance is Margit Haas.
At the Munich Trade Fair Center, Hoffmann Catering operates three restaurants, two coffee shops and ten snack bistros. We organize event catering for trade fairs, exhibitions and events, as well as furnishing the halls with tents, beer gardens and temporary restaurants.
We plan and manage conventions and banquets for hundreds of thousands of guests each year, and provide off-site catering for events throughout Europe. We are an official provider of stand catering for the exhibition halls at the Trade Fair Center and the International Congress Center Munich.
Hoffmann Catering is also the exclusive caterer for the Munich Order Center (M,O,C,)
